Leadership Programs that take a little longer
Program 1: Leadership in Action Development Program (8 – 12 months)
The Leadership in Action Development Program is a nine-month program designed to build individual, team and Organisational wide leadership capacity (with a focus on personal, team and Organisational mastery) to achieve outcomes in Organisations and to bring about transformational change.
Designed as a collaboration between executives and leadership specialists, the Program aims to help create Organisations recognised as across-the-board pillars of excellence.
The Program comprises a range of immersive learning experiences and resources, including action learning teams focused on identified local strategic priorities, small group leadership development work, workshops, readings and online instruments.
The Leadership in Action Program will provide participants with the opportunity to:
- Learn about leadership qualities and use leadership strategies to gain personal skills and mastery to achieve individual competence in their roles
- Engage in self-development activities to grow their personal leadership capability
- Learn how to create and sustain high performing teams, using strategies and tools, to drive the Organisation to success
- Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across professional boundaries to enhance inter-professional problem solving and generate innovative solutions
- Engage in collaborative leadership actions to positively transform their Organisations with other team members
3 levels of Mastery in the Program
Our approach is to grow participants on 3 levels of excellence, namely
- Personal Mastery – Gaining insight into strengths and areas for improvement using a range of tools and insights to become an exemplary self-mastering leader
- Team Mastery – Knowing how to create top teams that perform highly and achieve sustainable goals, using strategies and employee engagement tools to develop their people
- Organisational Mastery – Once we teach participants personal and team mastery, we focus on providing them with tools and techniques to help them grow thriving Organisations at every level
Examples of content: Self-insight, a personal value-based mission statement, team building dynamics and theory, emotional intelligence and creating resilient organisations, understanding different personality types of our people and a range of tools and process to create resilient Organisations in times of change.
Tools used: TMP, MBTI, EBW, 360 Degree Feedback and Team effectiveness questionnaires are examples.
A range of experiential activities and team building challenges are introduced to enhance learning outcomes
Participants receive regular readings, activities and experiential activities throughout the Program to continue to build leadership capability at all levels
Program 2: Emerging Leaders – Building Tomorrow’s Talent (8 – 12 months)
Stepping up to a management role requires a new skillset. The Emerging Manager Program takes you from technical expert to compelling leader ready to motivate and inspire team culture and performance.
Aimed at emerging leaders who will be placed in key roles in the future and who need key competencies and capabilities to be effective as leaders the Program provides a sound grounding in leadership theory and a range of experiential activities, techniques and strategies to develop leadership skills.
This exciting Program will help you develop key skills, knowledge and abilities needed to fulfil your true potential. By enhancing your leadership skills and using a range of tools and team building activities, you will create a culture of motivation and inspiration, helping you maximise your team’s performance.
3 Levels of Mastery
Our approach is to grow participants on 3 levels of excellence, namely

- Team Mastery – Knowing how to create top teams that perform highly and achieve sustainable goals, learn how to supervise others and performance manage your team members effectively
- Organisational Mastery – Organisational mastery looks at creating supportive cultures and delivering powerful presentations, including facilitating groups with impact.
Examples of content: What style of Leadership to use when, dealing with difficult people, emotional intelligence for modern-day leaders, presentation skills, successfully supervising others, levels of Organisational politics, changing an Organisational culture and values needed to drive your Organisation forward.
